User Agreement

1. Agreement Scope

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your relationship with IKID LTD ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company") when you access or use Score King Tactics, including related websites, features, applications, support functions, and connected content (collectively, the "Service").

By installing, opening, registering for, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Agreement. If you do not agree to it, you must stop using the Service.

2. Entertainment Purpose of the Service

The Service is intended for recreational and entertainment use. Unless a separate official written promotion clearly states otherwise, the Service does not provide real money gambling, betting functionality, or any right to claim money or real-world valuables through gameplay.

3. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

You may only use the Service if your use is lawful in your jurisdiction and you possess the legal capacity necessary to accept these terms. Unless local law states otherwise, this generally means you must be at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence or have the necessary legal authorization where applicable.

• You confirm that you meet the legal requirements applicable to you.
• You confirm that you are not barred from using the Service by law.
• You agree to provide truthful and not misleading information.
• You agree to comply with applicable law while using the Service.

4. Account Control and Security

Some parts of the Service may require account creation or use of a third-party sign-in method. You are responsible for protecting your login information and for activities conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.

You are expected to:

• maintain reasonably accurate registration details;
• keep credentials confidential;
• avoid unauthorized account sharing or transfer;
• monitor for suspicious activity; and
• notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

5. License Grant and Restricted Uses

We grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service only for private, non-commercial entertainment and only while you comply with this Agreement.

You may not, except where law clearly permits or we specifically authorize it:

• copy, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• remove intellectual property notices;
• circumvent access limitations or technical protections;
• use scripts, bots, cheats, or modified clients; or
• use the Service for unapproved business purposes.

6. Platform Rules and External Channels

If the Service is obtained or accessed through an app store, device ecosystem, social platform, or payment provider, your use may also be subject to the rules imposed by that external channel. Where a mandatory external rule conflicts with this Agreement, the external rule will control only to the extent necessary for that channel.

7. Virtual Features and Digital Content

The Service may contain in-game content such as virtual currency, boosts, unlocks, cosmetic elements, progression aids, tokens, or other digital items ("Virtual Features"). These are provided as part of the Service experience.

• Virtual Features are licensed to you and are not sold as property.
• They do not generally carry real-world monetary value.
• Ownership rights do not pass to you simply because you use or obtain them.
• Transfer, resale, or redemption is prohibited unless a feature expressly permits it.
• We may adjust, rebalance, modify, or remove such features as part of operating the Service, subject to applicable law.

8. Payment Related Conditions

Some service features may require payment handled through an app store, platform operator, or payment intermediary. By proceeding with a transaction, you authorize the relevant provider to process the applicable charge and any taxes or mandatory fees.

Transaction availability, product structure, and offered content may change from time to time. Except where law requires otherwise, processed transactions are generally final. Issues relating to platform-managed billing may need to be addressed through the provider that processed the payment.

9. Behaviour Standards

You must not use the Service in a way that undermines its intended operation, harms other users, or violates law. Prohibited behaviour includes, without limitation:

• cheating, exploiting, scripting, or automated play;
• attempting unauthorized system or account access;
• fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unlawful conduct;
• harassment, threats, or abuse directed at others;
• malware distribution or submission of harmful code;
• infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights; and
• unapproved commercial use of the Service.

10. Rights in the Service

All rights, title, and interest in the Service and its constituent elements, including software, systems, artwork, text, audio, logos, gameplay structures, trademarks, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to IKID LTD and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Your access under this Agreement gives you only the limited permission described in the license grant above.

11. Suggestions and Submissions

If you send us ideas, proposals, comments, or other feedback about the Service, you agree that we may use, adapt, publish, reproduce, or otherwise exploit such material without restriction and without any duty to compensate you, unless required by law.

12. Restriction, Suspension, and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, technical, or security reasons. This may occur if we reasonably believe that:

• this Agreement has been violated;
• fraud, cheating, misuse, or unauthorized conduct has occurred;
• continued access creates risk for users, the Service, or the Company; or
• we must act to comply with law, regulation, court order, or platform requirements.

We may also discontinue service features or the Service itself. If access ends, your right to use the Service ends immediately, subject to applicable law.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

This includes, to the extent permitted by law, exclusion of warranties relating to merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, and error-free performance.

14. Limits on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IKID LTD and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary losses, including loss of data, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or profits arising from or relating to the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in relation to claims connected with the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any, in the thirty (30) days before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless IKID LTD and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of or related to:

• your misuse of the Service;
• your breach of this Agreement;
• your violation of applicable law; or
• your infringement of a third party's rights.

16. Privacy and Third Party Content

Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. In addition, certain portions of the Service may refer to or rely upon third-party platforms, stores, websites, or external content that remain governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

17. Updates to the Terms

We may revise this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, business operation, or service design. Revised terms will become effective when posted or otherwise communicated. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

18. General Legal Provisions

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce one provision does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.

This Agreement, together with incorporated policies or supplemental terms where applicable, forms the complete agreement between you and IKID LTD regarding the Service. We may assign or transfer this Agreement in connection with reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

The English-language text of this Agreement controls in the event of any inconsistency with translated versions.
